This is your official notice of our Annual General Meeting which will be held on Feb 13th at 7 pm at The Centre for Creative Arts.

Positions available are  – President, Vice President, Secretary , Treasurer and members at large.  If you feel you can contribute to your club in a board capacity pls talk to any board member prior to the meeting.

If you have any items that you would like to be discussed at our AGM please forward them to me so we can put them in the agenda.

Membership fees are due in Feb and anyone paying their membership in full – will have their names entered for an amazing door prize.

For those of you who can’t make it to our Christmas Party..on behalf of the board we wish you a safe and very merry Christmas!
