Date: December 31st, 2011

Meet Time: 9:30 PM down by the GPRC/Rotary Parking Lot, down by the dock. (See Map “B” Below)
*Fireworks are Planned to go off at 10:00pm*

Things to bring:
1) Tripod
2) Shutter Release Cable
3) Piece of Cardboard (to cover your lens to merge two shots together)

Positions available are  – President, Vice President, Secretary , Treasurer and members at large.  If you feel you can contribute to your club in a board capacity pls talk to any board member prior to the meeting.

If you have any items that you would like to be discussed at our AGM please forward them to me so we can put them in the agenda.

Membership fees are due in Feb and anyone paying their membership in full – will have their names entered for an amazing door prize.

For those of you who can’t make it to our Christmas Party..on behalf of the board we wish you a safe and very merry Christmas!
