- Disc and prints need to be placed in an envelope labeled “Photo Scavenger Hunt” and dropped off to Michele Jesson by noon on October 3, 2011.
- Shelly (and the staff) at London Drugs will judge the photos and will have the winners determined and prizes available for the October 17th club meeting.
There will be 1 Grand Prize, a Gary Fong Universal Starter Kit valued at $149.99, awarded to the best OVERALL photo and 5 secondary prizes will be awarded for each item on the list.
I hope you use your summer wisely and take your camera with you anywhere and everywhere!
Happy Shooting!
Photo Scavenger Hunt List
1. In terms of Composition, you can use the elements of design.
Texture, dominance, balance, proportion, rhythm, perspective, shapes and lines.
2. Aperture is when you want a large slice of focus or not.
Whether it’s large or little, take the obvious shot.
3. When it comes to Shutter Speed, it’s a very useful and creative technique.
Panning, light painting or streaking will give you something truly unique.
4. It might be hard to find but there is Artistic Expression in you,
Take an intriguing photo in black and white hue.
5. By Telling a Story we are capturing a moment in time.
Show us an emotion that gives us reason and rhyme.
